Having served as the HR Manager at Thebe Investment Corporation, Seapei has extensive Generalist experience within financial services. She also spent a number of years at a multi-national as well as within government structures. Known for her excellent delivery on functional HR interventions with extremely good strategy implementation skills, she is an invaluable resource to our clients. In her career she has been instrumental in the delivery of HR professional services within multiple organisations at the right quality, time and cost. She was most recently employed by Thebe Investment Corporation as the Human Resources Manager responsible for the formulation and implementation of HR strategy, after which she joined HR Ignite in her current capacity as Director. Seapei has taken to the idea of entrepreneurship with extreme ease. She is well versed in Project Management, and a known expert in the HR environment.

Amanda is a well experienced HR professional. She has the expertise and experience to consult and discuss key issues within your business such as employee value alignment, performance management, employee engagement, corporate culture, skills shortages, over staffing, under staffing, mentorship programs and more. Apart from Amanda’s educational qualifications, she is also a keen entrepreneur, and has seen this opportunity as one that will satisfy her entrepreneurial spirit which she has thus far used to start up two companies for employers, and started two new product lines within two different entities. Amanda’s experience in the technology and HR fields has helped her to understand how to find efficiencies in business, how to minimize cost, yet ensure enough investment to stimulate growth, ensuring a sustainable business plan that would yield realistic returns for its shareholders.
